It can be a place to make peace with yourself and the past; to explore who you truly are, what you truly want and can help clarify the steps needed for you to create a more fulfilling and meaningful experience of life.

Counselling supports you to develop the valuable awareness and skills you need to connect with yourself and make positive choices and changes; to avoid repeating history and really move forward with new strength and confidence. Counselling is confidential and you decide what you do and don't want to talk about...in your own time and at your own pace.
